What Are Some of the Cultural Components of Public
Health?

After their presentations, students should reflect, either as a whole class or
in small groups, on the elements of health that are or have become a part of
the relevant culture. Some ideas to think about include the cultural nature
of personal hygiene, personal space and distance, and food preparation.
