Water Bonds of the City of BEMIDJI, MINN.
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bemidji, Minnesota, until September 21, 1908, at 8 o’clock p. m., and opened at that time for the whole or any part of S;o,oco.oo of bonds of the City of Bemidji. These bonds are issued for water purposes and shall be in denominations of Si.ooo.oo each; they shall bear interest at the rate of five percent, per annum, interest payable semi-annually: shall be dated September i, 1908, and mature twenty years from date. Said bonds shall be sold pursuant to the provisions of chapter 355 of the laws of the State of Minnesota for the year 1897.
A certified check on a local bank of ten per cent, of the amount of eacli bid must accompany each bid, said check made payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Bemidji.
