You will .note that I show the estimated salary requirements ior the next two years at $50,000.00 !per year, as I feel it will be necessary to raise the salaries paid to guards in order to get the class of men we will want.	'
You will also note that I have shown the requirement for improvements at $25,000.00 per year as against the amount of $59,845.00 appropriated for the last two years. This $50,000.00 should take care of whatever, improvements we will need during the next two years.
It is doubtful as to whether our receipts from other sources will amount to as much as during the last year, but I estimated that whatever deficit may occur in that item will be taken care of by the amount shown in estimated requirements under Miscellaneous.
