The LATEST DIAMOND CHAIN TYPE COAL-CUTTER is
designed to meet the conditions in THIN seams. It stands 15" high over all
and is fitted with high power Motor or “SPIRO” Turbine, SIMPLE in control
and RELIABLE under all conditions. All Gears are totally enclosed, including
Haulage Gear. Maximum Efficiency and SILENT working are obtained by
using Case-hardened Machine Cut Gears throughout, running in Oil. Gear
Cases and Gears are of Steel. Jib is pulled into cut by machine power.
Two speed constant feed is fitted.
