BECAUSE there is no time lost be-
tween the Hydration of the cement
and the placing of the Hydrated
materials in position. The dry materials
are mixed and forced through the hose
by means of compressed air.

The water necessary for hydration is
added at the nozzle, and the hydrated
material is “ shot ” into place with a nozzle
velocity corresponding to a pressure head
of 35 lb. per square inch.
