The London market is acutely wanting larger supplies. Depot stocks are exceedingly low, and arrivals by rail and sea are below the average. The market tone is very strong on the Tyne and Wear, and all coals are overbooked for this month. Neutrals cannot obtain anything. Supplies appear to be gradually increasing in the Manchester market, and mild weather helps to ease the position, but the shortage remains very evident. Business in York-
