Remember that the benefits from Cling-Surface come primarily from the effect inside the belt. Nothing in Cling-Surface stays outside to make the belt face sticky or to gather dirt and form lumps. After Cling-Surface has penetrated into the body of the belt, each tiny fibre is surrounded with pure neutral lubri- cating food that keeps each fibre able to slide against its neighbours as in a frictionless bearing, instead of grinding as when one dry fibre rubs another. Hence it is evident that the advantages of Cling-Surface reach their full value quickest by applying the Cling-Surface to both sides of the belt. Do this and your belts will never crack, never become stiff or dry. A belt treated with Cling-Surface and run slack does more useful work than where the prevention of slip is attempted by tightening. Cling-Surface saves belts, bearings, oil, time, work, worry, power and fuel. Make the test. i ip-125, Finsbury Pavement, London, E.C. Branches—Lille : 229, Rue Solfdrino.
